For cosy winter knits, this capsule collection from Natalie Warner will have you wrapped up and snuggly. These patterns are great to knit with friends. The cable designs have a soothing rhythm, and in our delicious aran weight yarn, you'll be wearing or gifting your knits before you know it! And if you get stuck, we have a virtual living room of friends to help you out.
Something to Knit Together Winter Edition is an eBook with five patterns (a hat, scarf, mittens, sweater and cardigan). For knitters who are new to cables, the patterns will help you to build your skills. The patterns all include both written and charted instructions.
Photo tutorials are included for the following techniques:
- working basic cables with a cable needle
- working basic cables without a cable needle
- picking up stitches
- seaming using back stitch
- seaming using mattress stitch
- setting in a sleevehead
Each pattern uses our beautiful Something to Knit With Aran yarn, made from superfine alpaca and highland wool. It combines the bounce and crimp of the wool with luxurious softness from the alpaca, to give fantastic stitch definition.
